Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
Chocolates and any products couriered by us cannot be returned or claimed for refund. We do not accept any returns on chocolates. If you are dissatisfied with your order feel free to contact us at email@example.com
If your product arrives damaged, please include a photo of the damaged product. Items should not be tampered with or eaten. Our team will review each claim on a case-to-case basis, and either process a refund within 48-72 hours ( return will be processed by the payment gateway to your original mode of payment within 5-7 working days ).
Cancellation of the order can only be within 2 hours of placing the order on our website as long as the order has not been dispatched. The refund for cancelled order will be initiated as per our refund terms mentioned above.
Note: BON FICTION does not hold liability for any applicable custom duty charges, VAT charges or other fees levied. The customer (buyer/importer) should ensure to take responsibility for paying the applied charges on shipment. Other fees/charges applied on the imports by the country are not controlled by or fulfilled by us.
